Sizing Guidelines
Due to the unique changing size and shape a women’s body goes through during and after pregnancy, these guideline will help you choose the best fit for your AbdoMend™ Bikini belt and Hem It In support binder. The AbdoMend™ belts and binders are designed with 6 to 9 inches of adjustability to help you transition back to your unique pre-pregnancy shape.

At 9th months Subtract 3-5” for POST Birth Guesstimate of size.
Pregnancy Support sizing guideline: If needing support starting at your 6th or 7th month, consider that you will be increasing your measurement by 3 to 5 inches between your 8th and 9th month. Take your measurement 2 inches below your belly button. Add 3 to 5 inches to your measurement for the best approximate size.
Scheduled C-Section sizing guideline:
The best time to measure is while you are 8 months pregnant. This measurement will be the closest size to fit after your delivery. If you’re very close to your due date, a general guideline to follow is; subtract 3 to 5 inches (8cm-13cm) from your belly measurement.
Unscheduled C-Section sizing guideline:
If you find yourself needing our C-Section Bikini Belt for an unplanned caesarean, simply measure around your tummy; 2 inches (5cm) below your belly button. Your body will be going through many changes as you may experience, swelling and fluid build up from your caesarean birth.
Your AbdoMend™ Recovery belts are designed with 6 to 9 inches of adjustability to help you transition through your recovery and back to your unique pre-pregnancy shape.
