Advanced Compression and lifting
This is one of the simplest moves that does so much! Easy to work into and finally arrive at, this move stretches the whole scar line, giving space to the bladder, intestines, reproductive system and relief to the back.
Always have fingers below scar line, to support and protect incision, and to stretch area below scar and above pubic bone.
By the 3rd month, small, gentle motion should be made this way, and month by month tissue will heal and soften through movement. By a year post surgery, your scar area will be easily lifted and compressed away from the body. We also show the opposite massage movement for that hard to deal with "pooch". Opens the area around your bladder and lower intestines.
Carrying baby on one side can create imbalance, and this move helps bring harmony to the pelvic area.
