Fascial massage techniques

Pull Down
 This downward traction is
done on a well healed scar

Fascia "ease" traction move:

Not touching your scar means you are being passive in your self help techniques.

Fascia  is like the stocking which covers all of our body parts. the sticky stuff in between muscles, bones,  blood vessels that lie within the deep skin layer.  Fascia has a tensile strength of 6000 pounds per square inch, and  in its own capacity is the stuff that is the ability for our bodies to have a "shape".   Accessing the fascial layer  is easy  and does not require oil or lotion. Just  laying hands gently on body and tuning in, will bring awareness  within the space.

When we stretch and pull abdominal tissue in different directions, we help reduce stagnation and increase

circulation for a healthy and smoothe scar.

Touch your abdomen, breathe, and  gently move the tissue for your 2-5 minutes a day.

All moves are done in a gentle manner and bruising or tearing is not an appropriate thing to  have happen.

It will not make your scar heal faster, but not touching your scar also won't make it heal faster or make it go away!

Follow our moves in our book for your month to month program for a happy and healthy scar, without any side effects such as bladder tightness or bowel problems.
